About Corsham U16s

Welcome to Corsham U16s website!

Founded in 1964, our rugby club is located on the outskirts of the small Wiltshire town of Corsham. Our friendly and welcoming team invites players of all abilities to join us for fitness, fun and friendship.

Training on the floodlit pitches happens for the U16s on Tuesday evenings from 7–8:30 p.m. and Sunday mornings from 11:00 am–12.30 p.m. Matches are also on Sundays. We have a great clubhouse, where the boys can enjoy the culinary delights of cheesy chips, burgers, and all manner of satisfying snacks, whilst parents will marvel at the legendary Bacon Baps and the well-stocked bar!

Come down and see us, we guarantee a warm welcome for parents and players of all abilities from complete novice to England’s next Fly-half.

We hope to see you soon!

More than a game...

At Corsham U16s we believe that rugby is more than just a game: it’s about creating friendships and instilling values that will last a lifetime. We aim to build confidence, resilience and self-belief in all our players – qualities that will serve them well off, as well as on the pitch.

Our U16s squad is mixed ability and we warmly welcome new starters, developing and supporting them to whatever level they wish to play. We have a policy of ensuring that all players who wish to participate in club matches will get game time, as we firmly believe that rugby is a game for everyone.

We also have a lively social calendar, with an annual tour, fixtures, tournaments and regular family events that range from barbeques to 6 Nations matches watched (or endured) on the big screen in the clubhouse.

Contact Head Coach, Tom, to talk about getting involved as a player or a parent: we’d love to welcome you to the club.
